Planika UK Shipping and Distributors Information
UK Shipping Policy
Our core range of tabletop fires and freestanding gas heaters ship via DHL Express as standard.
These items are usually in stock in our UK warehouse and have one day of handling and 48 hours shipping time for UK orders during working days. We try to dispatch orders received before 3pm on same day basis for next day delivery.
The items in stock and available for DHL Express shipping include:

Premium Bioethanol Fuel ships with two days of handling and 48 hours of shipping as standard. Orders received on Thursdays after 1pm will be processed on the following Monday. We only dispatch fuel orders Monday to Thursday inclusive.
Custom items and items which are not listed above have an approximately 6-8 week delivery timeline. Although this varies with custom finishes, longer burners or longer Forma cases which are all made to order.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like to check stock or lead time before ordering or if you have any specific shipping requirements.
All of our products are shipped from our UK warehouse in Marks Tey in Essex and there are no import duties or fees charged to any of our customers.

- The product must be the exact same model as appears on planikauk.com and be available from a UK retailer.
- Proof of advertised price is required.
Our fireplaces are manufactured and shipped to the highest standard. However, we want you to be happy with your Planika investment so all of our products have a 2 year warranty - from the day of delivery with no registration required.
Customers must report damage due to courier within 48 hours of receiving the item, otherwise we will not be able to process the claim.
Any goods returned must be packed in their original packaging.
Planika UK may claim refund from the Customer in case of damaged products or goods which have been used and sent without applying reasonable care. We may only offer returns and refunds to retail customers. All trade sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please ensure you retain all packaging upon delivery especially our custom made crates for our linear burners as these cannot be protected without the crates.
We do not accept returns of bioethanol fuel from retail or trade customers due to the costs involved with transporting this product.
